Toby is a 5 pound, 7 year old little Chihuahua. He was an owner surrendered pup. This little guy has no vision in his right eye and little sight in his left eye due to a cataract. Toby is so quiet and has never made a sound. He likes to sit on the lap of his foster mom. When he needs to go out, he waits quietly at the door. Toby ignores the other dogs at the rescue, but I’m sure he’d prefer a quiet, laid back home to grow old in. He has been neutered, vaccinated, wormed, and given flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
