When adopting a puppy please note that if the puppy is returned after 4 months, there will be a re-homing fee of $200.00. Puppies are a very big responsibility and should be seriously considered before adopting. Puppies need training and guidance to be the perfect pet. am declaring that all the information above is true and factual. I understand that Kathi’s K9s will do a veterinary check on all existing pets and has my permission to obtain reference and give permission to have medical information released on my pets. I agree to sign at time of adoption.
